The Kia customer doesn't want to pay a Penney more than the most basic low ball price and usually hasn't cleaned their carpet in 6 years. The carpet cleaner works super hard and removes 985 spots and stains, AND THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE 3 stains you weren't able to remove!!!!
