Exactly. Value. That's what drives sales long-term.
Of the 12 or so who got in on the Zipper Floater, all 12 said they liked how well it was built.
Yet only two bought it at full retail. The other 10 said thanks but no thanks. Price was the #1 reason they passed. Since then at least two of them have picked up a Zipper - both used.
I think this says that the Zipper is overpriced in the eyes of most cleaners. The Value is just not there.
Now, you make a comparable tool priced a 1/3rd less and cleaners will see it as 'more valuable'.
All Rotovac needs is to make it as good as it can be made. For that, honest reviews is all they need. Obviously it's new - and everything new has problems - but if you look at the evolution of Rotovac, everything they make is an improvement on the last. So let's help them get it as good as it can be.
