I fixed that problem Raf.
It's called the (HF) Injection Sprayer Swap Program.
Think about it,
Most of our inline sprayer problems have to do with problems inside the injector block itself.
It's hardly ever the jug or the gun or the solution hose. These parts usually last for years. Keep them.
It's almost always a problem inside the injector itself.
So I created an inexpensive program that frees you up from ever having to deal with this problem again.
Here's how the HF Injection Sprayer Swap Program works:
You buy one of my all stainless Injectors for $43.
You get it installed and get comfortable with it.
It comes with a lifetime warranty. Anything ever goes wrong with it, you just pay for parts (free labor).
Next, you gather up all your Injector blocks (keep the gun & jug)
You send them to me in a flat Rate envelope ~$6.00
I fix them and send them back to you asap in another Flat Rate envelope.
Turnaround averages a week.
I also send you a quick change Adapter that lets you swap out any injector that starts giving you trouble,.
So now you've got my lifetime stainless injector and you've got several rebuilt injectors, and they all work.
and with the quick change Adapter, you can quickly swap to a fresh injector out in the field.
It's like the Pony Express.
For each truck, keep one injection sprayer with an Adapter installed onto that sprayer.
Keep one spare injector block in your tool box, ready.
Do this and you should never be shut down from spraying with your injection sprayer.
For the repairs, I charge you for the round-trip shipping ~$13 plus the cost of parts to fix them (free labor).
The repair is averaging around $12 for each injector.
I send you a complete report, with pictures even that shows exactly the repairs I made.
Trust me, I'm good at it after repairing as many as I have over the years.

So this guy's repair was a little more than average at $16 each.
Big deal. He's back & running with two fresh ponies ready to ride.
The Swap Program is fast, easy and inexpensive.
Save up your bad ones and ship them off to me once you get a few.
Stay on top of it this way and you will never be down again.
No more dropping everything in the middle of a job and running to your supplier to buy a new sprayer just because you needed a $12 repair. Usually they'll quote the cost of repair so high it's cheaper to buy a whole new sprayer. that's how come you guys have so many injection sprayers laying around. Don't lie. I see them.
there must be a million broken sprayers out there and I mean to fix every one I can.
So get with the Program Raf.
The HF Injection Sprayer Swap Program solves this problem for all you guys!
