Injection Sprayer

Got my order today from Joe today, one of the items was the injection sprayer, gotta say it is very nice and excellent quality as well

I have been using a hydro force injection sprayer, this is much better

Joes has the fill hole on the side, big plus

Joes swivels form both ends at the jug and the sprayer and you can disconnect hose not
only from the gun but at the jug as well another big plus

Drip free jet another plus

place to put the spray gun on the jug yet another plus

bye bye hydroforce

Also got my soils and oils pre spray which is wool safe

little did i know that one of my jobs today asked me to clean her wool area rug

i usually bring area rugs home with me, clean and dry then return

which is what'll do with this one as well, so now i have a product to clean it with

And my new injection sprayer is getting put right to work

Glad you're likin it so far Kevin.
Can't take credit for the jug - it is made by Hydroforce, their newer design. It costs considerbly more $$ but most guys prefer it over the old style jug.

There's another jug that one of my customers in Arizona told me about - actually teased me with.
He has one and wants me to offer it instead and rightly so, I just can't find it and he doesn't remember where he bought it.
It's different in the way you snap the gun lance onto the side of the jug. With HF model you push the gun in from the side which is a little awkward whereas with the Arizona design you push down on the gun, a little better leverage.
Anybody know where to get this jug let me know. ok?

Hey Joe on the in line sprayer i just got from you, It's working as far as spraying out, however the jug fills instead of emptying, don't know why it would do this, it should be emptying not filling.

Can't be anything i'm doing, its a pretty simple item to operate, put in the chem add some water, connect solution line and spray

I'll await some feedback from ya on what could possibly be happening

Check valve stuck open.
There's a stainless ball & spring check valve inside the knurled cap at the top of the Draw Tube.
The ball is stuck in the up or open position. Unscrew the knurled cap, inspect, retighten (use pliers).
Should work .
Sometimes you can just tap on the knurled knob with something metal like a wrench or screwdriver and it will free up the ball & spring.
