I have a new pro1200se so im new to the direct drives. I also have a Rage tm.
What do you do special for your direct drive van to keep it running cool, and well kept even in the summer heat?any tips or tricks?
We have been running Butlers since 1987.Van oil/filter changed every 30 days.
Change the pump and blower oil, grease the blower zerks every six months.
That is about it.
I run a Cleanco 47 myself. I don't like the retangular aluminum waste tank and it dosent produce a whole lot of heat but other than that I love it, it's virtually maintenance free when compared some slide-in TM's.

I have been running Butlers since 1992. I agree with Matt.
@prodrying, @Matt How much heat (at truck and at wand) do those Butlers generate?
I would be interested in a butler. I have heard good things about them. From other people than Saiger. That guy ain't never spoke poorly on any thing he has got paid for, oops I mean made a video for.
I do not have the high heat option yet it holds steady at 195 in Winter, 200 Summer.
We have always run Rotovacs and they compliment each other.
That's comparable to my Cleanco 47.
I got to visit the factory in Canada
Cool!! I admit, the cleanco looks great.
Cleanco make any other cool toys?
They make chemicals and portables too
But if you ever go visit, be sure to stop by the Calgary Tower
is that the one where you can pay and go to the top and look out over the edge with gear on?
I currently run a 370ss with a rotovac 360i (4 swoop head). I am considering getting a Butler with the max vac. Have you ever dual wanded with 2 rotovac 360i's on your Butler? If so, how is the performance?
on my pro1200se, so far i have been able to run 1 wand and a hoss700 at the same time,(both at 100ft of hose) maybe next week ill try the hoss and a rotary drimaster at the same time and see how that does.
What kind of CFM can you get out of you 1200?
