Thank you for sharing that. I've been wanting to know more about this sprayer. Would Teflon tape fix that issue? I understand plastic parts should not require tape but just wondering if that might fix the drips.

The tip may need a new o'ring? Or change that whole tip to brass.

Have you tried call them for a replacement?

I just got ips pro sprayer yesterday, i used it today prespraying. It did a good job, the distributer I got it from is in the carpet cleaning business so I ordered it with brass spray tips, some quick disconnects so I can change from jug to jug with ease. I think this is going to be a very convenient tool. I'll try to keep everyone updated.

Here is my video update after about month of use. Actually, can't use it anymore. Too much leaking.The plastic parts are too soft and crack easy

Send it to Rotovac. Let em improve it and send it back to WhiteGlove, he tests it and sends it back to Rotovac for final improvemets. Boom.

I've just used mine for a week but so far so good, but I have brass fittings and jets and qd. Hopefully I'll have better results because I really like the convenience of the tool.

This is the one I have used for years few mods and it will hold 2.5 gallon jugs. Changed all the fittings to the pump to Push-to-Connect fittings. And you can rebuild or get after market batter packs on eBay for cheap. The line that it uses is what they use for oil and gas line so Teflon doesn't stick to it. Never had to clean it out in 5 years.

I used those as well I think hydro force made them, I thought they were discontinued. I loved them but did have to buy several of them over the years. Send a link where u can get them if they are still around thanks.

They are hard to find I search Craigs list and eBay. If you can buy the casing as parts the rest is easy to get. just need a dewalt 12v flash light, pump and gun.
