What little I know of this product, it's soap with solvent added.
I thought we were trying get away from soap based chemistries?
I know my Soils and Oils chemistry is soap free. It dissolves soap scum inside washing machines.
You guys do realize there are solvents we can use that work great, rinse well and don't leave soap scum?
Mine, I call JoeSolv, Adds a nice solvent boost to S/O. Same chemistry in some other green formulas. $20/gallon full strength for guys who want a nice solvent spike. Odorless.
I hope the Fels trend for pro cleaners doesn't reach the ears of all the homeowners learning how to make their own laundry detergents cuz it might just lead to one more reason for them to buy the home shampooer and (try to) do it themselves.
"Yeah Sally, Joe the Pro Carpet Cleaner was just here, did a great job but ... you know those bad spots going down the hall? ... well, I saw him rubbing Fels Naptha on them .... so I asked him about it... He told me yes, he uses it too... got me to thinking ... what do I need him for? I think I'll just get that home shampooer down at Walmart and start doing my own carpets cuz after all Sally ...HE'S JUST USING THE SAME STUFF WE USE TO MAKE OUR LAUNDRY DETERGENT !!!"
